Patch request, new Slash album

Sorry I have no answer for you, but this album is killer, I have to say that :)

If someone is going for the rhythm tone I've read an interview in guitar magazine where Slash said he used mainly Marshall JCM800 (surprise surprise) and to make left and right side sound different he added an Orange, a Vox and something I can't remember.
 
The effect is a tremolo using a square wave for modulation. Of course, it's synced to the tempo so can be a little tricky to do live.
