I also received 6 switch version. Have you found any instruction, how to proceed with FM3? Which mode, how to install etc?

The reply from michl_666 has the links and process to get started. The user guide is pretty well written, though keep in mind that there's quite a bit that probably won't apply to the FM3.

Something else to keep in mind is that since there is no state information coming back to the MIDI Captain, you can program situations that can lead to confusing or conflicting LED states on the MIDI Captain. It's the nature of the one direction MIDI, and just something to look out for as you set it up.
