The fan noise in my II was noticeable, but not really objectionable, until last week when it started to rev up and down and make clattering noises.
I wrote Fractal on March 21 about it, and received a replacement fan today.
I used to live just forty miles from Plaistow, but am not quite within driving range now. Not sure if I'm more impressed that Fractal shipped it the next day or that the USPS moved First Class Mail 2750 miles so quickly.
Either way, thank you Fractal for the usual great service!
