Output1 jacks volume dropped down??

Hi

I have a problem with my axe2 output 1 jack connections, I think its same thing that godspeed had. Headphones Out, the XLR Output 1, jack Output 2 are normal level and also USB. Only the output 1 jack connections seemed to suddenly have extremely low volume, more than half low.

same problem?
