Not a Bug Output EQ not working on SPDIF

Firmware 5.01. I have configured the SPDIF output to be sourced by output 1. Changing output 1 EQ has zero effect on the signal delivered via SPDIF into my DAW.

Output EQs have never been available on digital outputs afaik - by design I think (From the Ax3 manual: "These EQs affect ONLY the Analog outputs". From the FM9 manual: "Global EQ settings apply to all instances of the analogue signal"..."but NOT signals routed to USB or digital outs").
