Is there a way to balance the level of the left and right outputs globally ?

One of the effect returns of my amps are louder than the other, and it would be nice to be able to balance the output globally, instead of using the outputmixer on each preset.

Aren't FX loop return volumes controlled by the amp master volume?

Not on my amps ! the only way I can control the volume is on the axe
