Output 1 L/R and AES Out Simultaneously?

I want to run my Axe FX II XL+ Output 1 L/R (XLRs) into my Matrix Gt1600fx to my FR212 and a floor monitor AND AES Out to record with at the same time. Will it work this way, AES and Out 1 or AES plus Out 1 and/or Out 2 already in use? Is AES fine for recording vs. Output 1?

I can switch my amp to run parallel off of just the Output 1 (L) signal (same signal to power cab and monitor) and use Output 1 (R) to record with, alternatively, but want to know what the pros and cons are?

I would then just change I/O to SUM L+R or Copy L>R, in some fashion, correct?

Yes, in I/O settings on the front panel set USB/Digi Out Source to Output 1.

Ah, cool. I was concerned I couldn't use both outputs and AES simultaneously.
