AFIII Outfield using Stock Preset "The Infield"

Cover of the 80s tune "Your Love" by the Outfield. I used the stock preset "The Infield" for this one. Gave it a minor EQ tweak in the DAW to liven it up a bit to better sit in the mix. The pink Ibanez used throughout the tune happens to be my first guitar that I purchased back in 1985. All guitars removed from the original track and added back by me.

What software did you use to get the backing?

I used an online service called Lalai. They can split up tracks into stems and remove certain instruments.

Right on. That's an Ibanez ProLine 1550 made in 1985. This line was released just prior to Ibanez doing the original Vai JEMs, which led to the RG series, and the Edge trem system. It was their top of the line shredder variant at the time. I took it out of the case a while back, put new strings on it, and let it rip. Decided to use it for a couple of videos because it does that quacky strat tone pretty well. I actually have all the guitars I have bought over the years. I cannot seem to sell them once they come into the fold. Maybe I have a hoarding problem....
