Out2 Is Dead!!!!

Hi everyone:

I am a member of this forum but had not posted.

Yesterday was not a good day .....

Output 2 of the Axe-FX does not work !!!!!!

I wanted to draw a direct line to record the sound card for the out 1 and the fx loop send my HB2x12 V30's.

I think it's a hardware problem.
Output 2 has no sound or copying output 1 to output 2, or the fx loop block.

In the tab status utility is that if I had to get out but no sound in neither output Out2.
I put some pictures that you may see that the ax says he has audio output 2.

I have said there is a way to reset the axe to the factory settings.

Does anyone know how I can do this?

Reset: Utility > System.

Don't forget to turn up the level of Out2 on the front panel.
When using the FXL block make sure its level is turned up and that it's NOT connected to Output on the grid.

Yes! dude! The potentiometer output 2 is the maximum.

As a test, to see if the potentiometer output 2 was wrong, I have even given the output level 2 to an expression pedal and utility is seen as up or down the volume when acted on the pedal.

This afternoon proves to reset it to factory settings and hope it is this.
