Out 1 vs Out 2 - Sounds different to my ear? Prob my routing/hardware

Curious if anyone else has advice or experience to offer. Prepping for an upcoming gig, I decided to try this routing to compare "FOH" to my on-stage monitor setup :

...Axe FX II out set to echo 1 -> 2.
...Global EQ set flat for both outputs.

...Out 1 (XLR, Stereo) to CLR Wedge Left Input 1 and CLR Wedge Right Input 1
...Out 2 (1/4", Stereo) to x32 rack Aux In channel 1 and 2, mapped to channel strips 15 and 16, x32 rack out stereo to CLR Wedge Left Input 2 and CLR Wedge Right Input 2

...Checked the channel strips to ensure gate, eq, comp, effects are all off.

Using the Axe Front Panel Out 1 and 2 knobs to turn up or down the send volume for each send (vol pretty well matched as I didn't want F-M to affect). Both sends sound basically the same, but I swear the Out 1 has more "beef" or bottom end clarity/definition. Both sound great of course, but it did raise my curiosity to see if anyone had experimented in this way.

I am sure it could be the circuits/components in the x32 rack are coloring the tone. Haven't had a chance to swap the sends to listen for changes, but will do that this weekend. Input appreciated! Thanks All.

My bet is your thought that,
I am sure it could be the circuits/components in the x32 rack are coloring the tone.
