original scene changed when i downloaded new patches

i found a new drive patch on the forum download it to scene 2 but it changed my original set up patches in my scene 1. WHY?
 
a Scene is not a new Preset/Patch. when you install that Preset/Patch to your FX8, you replace the entire Preset/Patch.

a Scene only changes the on/off and X/Y state of the 8 blocks (and some other things).
