Ordered Axe 3 Turbo, might have been shipped regular MKII?

I ordered an Axe 3 MK II Turbo several months ago. I received it and it worked fine. I recently decided to sell it to fund another purchase. The buyer is claiming that the unit is a regular Mark II, not the turbo model. I have the receipt from Fractal indicating that it is indeed a Turbo unit. If I provide the serial number, is there a way for someone at Fractal to verify which one was actually shipped? And if I might have been sent the wrong unit by mistake? This is my first foray into the Axe FX 3 so had no idea really that it might not actually be a Turbo.

I had no idea. Ok, well yeah they sent the wrong unit. I will contact Fractal via the help link. Thanks for the response!

If it’s running some early code, it didn’t have the splash screen. Mine didn’t. However, during boot you’ll see the processor speed that shows the increased clock speed of 1.25Ghz vs 1.0. This doesn’t apply if running recent firmware.

Yes, get your buyer to check the clock speeds during boot up. Take a photo.

That's definitely not a Turbo with 1.0GHz processor.

Thanks for the info, everyone! I've asked the buyer to return it to me and I'll sort it out with Fractal. I have been in touch with support and have received a response, so fingers crossed that it can be resolved. Have a great weekend all!
