I figured I'd try and "simulate" one rig I had years ago. It had a nice sound for heavy low tuned riffs.
Guitar split into 1. -> RAT->H&K Tube factor-> Marshall JMP-> closed 4x10" cab. This chain gives a fuzzy mess and boom which is fun mixed with another amp.
2. -> Mesa Recto.
Not the same but very fun sound anyway:
Even stupid noodling starts to sound like an epic riff with this sound and fat drums. Now if I only could write a chorus....
