Old Katana Head Great Power amp option IMHO

Im a total Electro-Voice PXM-12MP fan boy - but, if you have a Katana Kicking around- it works great as a power amp IMHO. I'm not here to debate tonal differences with the two or any other options. I'm trying to save you money - if you have an old Katana - My Katana Head is version 1 - no power amp in but, it sounds great using AUX in. It has tons of volume. I'm running it here into a Cabinet designed to take the Celestion FRFR speaker F12-X200 speaker - but you could use your Guitar cabinet too just turn off Cabinet in your Fractal.

I have one and use it as a pure PA (FX return) wit my twin-clone 3 tubes clean preamp + pedals in front. It sounds really good as it is an class AB . I push the Master to full, on 0.5W, and use a Captor X to attenuate and record or just play with IR.

Third agreement as well.
I have a Kat head V1 and use it as a clean platform for my pedal steel.
I'll have to try running it through the aux input in.
