I'm not really a fuzz guy but I was messing with a Synth preset for guitar and was exploring a lot of color options.
The Hard Fuzz worked for me with a similar character. For extra gnarliness, try setting Bit Reduction around 12-13...
It doesn't have the Octave thing but you could try stacking an Octave Dist type on there.
