Ok fellas, I need a VH1 Phase 90 and a Bridge of Sighs Vibe

Ive tried and I suck( for the moment, Im too much of a n00b) please help a fella out with settings for the Phase 90(slow VH1/eruption type) and UniVibe( Slow Throbby Bridge of Sighs type) any help would be gladly appreciated...

i believe there is a preset named Eruption. might possibly be a good place to start.
