Oh no!! Stereo question

Hi guys quick question.

When using a stereo cab, the default pan seems to be 20% offset either side.

If I'm using in ears with a stereo feed and I pan hard left and right what am I getting in my ears?

Or do I have to pan hard leg and right in my preset routing this way?

Sorry if it's a stupid question.

I don't understand. If your cabs are panned 20% to each side, in a stereo in ear mix you'd hear your cabs panned 20% to each side. What's the question?
 
Thanks that's all I need to know, sorry for asking such a basic question, but I couldn't get my head around the axe being +20 -20 and the AVIOM mixer being hard panned.

I'm obviously a very silly man.
