Noticed a odd thing with fm9 edit

Last night I noticed that when using fm9 edit, there was an option to switch between 6 channels instead of four on a block. This was done using the menu on the top bar. Channels E and F were greyed out, but I am curious as to why they are there? Are they going to be opened up at some point?

Some blocks have six channels. Some don’t.

Yes... One for each row on the grid.

It's the only one with more than 4 channels.
