I am experiencing noise on both the unbalanced and balanced outputs of my Axe FX II into Pro Tools. It is an intermittent interference noise, but it is constant enough that it is very annoying and makes any recordings I make useless.
I have check the input and output gains, the preamp gain, the levels go my DAW interface and my levels in pro tools. Nothing seems to be overloading, and the noise continues wether I have the Axe FX output level set my normal setting or lower settings.
I have tried balanced XLR to TRS, XLR to XLR, and TS to TS into my preamp, and also directly into my interface. Nothing seems to make any impact on the issue I am experiencing. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this or how I could resolve the issue?
