No sound after FW 3.5 update!?!

After updating to to FW 3.5 I have no sound at all unless I go into true bypass mode. The tuner still sees a signal but the in clip light doesn't indicate any signal no matter how hard I hit the strings. I've already tried reinstalling the fw but it made no difference. Any ideas?

I ended up resetting everything and having to rebuild all of my presets because when I uploaded the backups they all had the same issue. All previous fw updates went fine. Very strange.
