No output with FX only to amp

Ok, I copied a preset and put shunt in place of the amp and cab, and set the output to 2. The volume 2 knob all the way up, and I have no sound.
Suggestions?

Go to Layout > Meters and find out where your signal is dying.

Okay, you have signal all the way through to Out2. You also have your camera upside down.

As @chris suggested, physically trace your cables coming out of Out2.

Confirm you’re using out 2 and not another hole.

try a different cable - the Humbuster may be wired incorrectly or something. Try a normal guitar cable.

How far is your amp turned up?

Cable traced. Its plugged into output L and front of guitar amp.

For a Humbuster, the TRS side goes to the FM3, the TS side goes to the amp.

If you remove the cable from the FM3 and plug into your guitar with that same cable, does it make sound?

Ok dudes, figured it out. Somehow my bypass switch on back of amp was on.

It does now. FM3 working just fine.

OUT 2 is Unity gain....I find it low volume for my Friedman ASC.
If you are having to crank your amp for usable volume change OUT2 to, +20db.......that will fix it.

Thanks for the tip. No problem on volume with the unity gain thru my amp though.

When using a guitar amp, unity gain is a desirable thing, it basically makes the unit "transparent" so that the volume, the amount of distortion and compression are the same as when you run the guitar straight thru the amp's input.
