No Input on Unit - Solved

I finally upgraded to a AX3M2, took care of all software updates and set it up with the foot controller. Unit, Axe Edit and foot controller are working great. Plug a guitar in and no Input . Switched cables several times, input 1 front and back, ensured front input knobs are up - no luck. Am I missing something simple? Any suggestions?

Do you have the correct input / output blocks in your preset?

I will check but this is a brand new unit straight from Fractal and no factory presets are responding. I am getting no readings on the level meters at all.

Yeah, that sounds like an issue that you should contact support about.

Try Input 1 on the rear panel...

Also make sure your Output 1 knob is turned up.

I’d try input 3 and put In3 block in a preset instead of In1.

it’s possible that all inputs are on the same ribbon cable and that may have become loose inside though.

check that your audio input 1 is set to Analog !
(on the Axe) Setup > I / O > Audio> Input configuration> Input 1 source > Analog
(in Axe Edit) Setup > Audio > Input 1 > Analog

this happened to me not long ago,
after using the reamping function one night, the next morning, i completely forgot that i set the audio input to digital for reamp!
And I 've been using Fractal Audio gear since February 2015 (AxeFXllXL and now AxeFXlll .)
