Well.... it's just raining guitars around here......
Well, I have so many PRS trems and stop tail guitars I gotta have at least one Floyd... First thing that goes in is a Tremendus stabilizer.Incredibly sexy but I really really really wish we could all collectively do away with FR trems. I just can't stand them (being a metal guy myself even)
For the first time in years on this, I feel seen. Couldn’t agree more. Much prefer a Les Paul style bridge as far as overall comfort, at least as far as where my hand likes to rest.Incredibly sexy but I really really really wish we could all collectively do away with FR trems. I just can't stand them (being a metal guy myself even)
Then don't buy them?Incredibly sexy but I really really really wish we could all collectively do away with FR trems. I just can't stand them (being a metal guy myself even)
That's quite a concept!Then don't buy them?
You don't do hard tail? I prefer it. I've got two now with trems, but don't use it that much.I think all bridges are great except Kahler cams. I wish I could go without a trem, but it's in my blood. A couple of gorgeous guitars in this thread.
No bonuses for me anymore... Retired in 2019...Let me guess; the annual bonus was just issued.
Fishman Fluence modern ceramic active in the bridge. Fishman Fluence modern alnico active in the neck. Really nice unique tone. I love them!Congrats! What pickups are in that one? How do you like them?
What next, do away with single coil pickups?
You're suggesting to eliminate a particular type of guitar feature. How is it not related?I don't see how that is related.
Thankfully, none of us are in charge of these production lines. You're suggesting to eliminate a particular type of guitar feature. How is it not related?
And those who like and prefer them, what are they supposed to do? I have a guitar with a Floyd type trem, non-blocked, and it's one of my favorites. I've passed on many guitars because they didn't have a trem.Incredibly sexy but I really really really wish we could all collectively do away with FR trems. I just can't stand them (being a metal guy myself even)
