A HORIZONTAL FC3 without a main screen would solve the issue of footswitch spacing that people seem to be having here. I never said it had to be vertical.

Although I doubt it would ever happen, an FC4-EV which is a 4 button unit with an EV-2 expression pedal built in.
Just thinking.

Exactly what I had in mind! Although a pipe dream, the more I read about the switches and how they can be configured, such a design proposal makes a lot of sense to me.

Personaly I would also appreciate a FC3.
I want to keep it small and compact.
My own presets have max 7 scenes where I only really use max 6 and the rest is experimental or for recording.
So additional 3 switches in scene view would give me direct access to them and I could get rid of the Midi commander clone I use for this.

Sure if the masses don't need this and prefer the FC6 instead it will never happen I guess.
