I look but I couldn't find any thread about it.

Maybe it is a question you dont ask?

But. I have my gear in for fine tuning before the Tour de X-mas..........

Usually it's a matter of a couple of weeks after the big brother got its official release.

This takes time, FW for the flagship is still in BETA, you will have to wait for the final release and then wait for the AX8 FW update. Only one FW has come first for the AX8.

Seems the 9.0 release was buggy for deluxe models so there is a 9.01 beta out that resolves this issue. So we are now (IMHO) waiting for that release to be ported over to the AX8.

Does anyone know what kind of a delay there has been on earlier firmwares until they were released for AX8?

Not sure why everyone gets uptight when someone asks when the new FW will be dropping. Historically Fractal FW's drop at an astounding rate. Guys get addicted after a while, just like a heroin addict.
