Newbie Question: How do you adjust the display brightness/contrast?

Doing a search for contrast and brightness in the manual yields nothing/nothing useful, but based on comments here, I'm sure it's possible.

So what am I missing?

It’s in the FC Controllers menu, one of the last pages.

Yes. From Home: SETUP -> FC Controllers -> Remote (fifth page). You must have the FC connected to configure it. These are the only settings stored on the FC itself.
