New XL Problem

When I turn the 'A' knob the scenes don't change. Am I missing something? Is there an on/off somewhere for scenes to work. Never had to change anything on my regular Axe II.

I figured it out. A, B, C and D are all not working right on any parameters. Bad knob unit. So frustrating. I have to send it back.
