New to using IR packs! Help?

I currently use Clark Kents gift to mankind ir a lot. So I'm thinking of purchasing is new cab pack. But I've never bought one. So if someone could give me. Quick rundown of using them. My main concern is how to convert the ones I want to ultra res. as my understanding is there all hi res when you purchase. Correct?
 
The UR Cab Packs (since Cab Pack #3) contain UltraRes IRs (.sys) which are ready to be loaded.

Additionally IR (.ir) files are included for mixing in Cab-Lab.
 
Yeas they are ultra res and they are broke into different files so there is a little less to pick from at one time alloy folder is a file of mixed mic IR'S I really like those. If you liked the free gift or do dollar IR'S you would like the new pack.
