New Rocktron Velocity 300 work fine at low volume?

I was thinking to order one of this units but i would like to know if work good using it at low volume close to bedroom levels at 8 ohms stereo ? or This power amp only works fine loud?

if there is a loss of tone when the Velocity 300 and the Axe-FX Ultra are use at a very low volume or bethroom levels... because i try some other fullrange poweramps that sounded dull and lifeless at low volumes
