Hi !
So in case you didn’t know it, that’s my band since the mid 90’s (22 albums?) where I record and play every instruments (guitar, vocals bass and drums )
(and got session musicians for gigs)

Well, so here is the title track first !
The whole album will be out tomorrow at the same link !

This one is a metal song, every songs are a little bit different, so don’t stop after one song !

Have fun, and don’t hesitate to buy it if you like it !

I use the axe fx 3 for bass in the whole album. I use external dist into the axe fx for the guitar tone, not that the axe cannot do it, but I wanted to used vintage pedals to have an uncool guitar tone 🫦

Riff guitar sounds good. Solo also not bad but has some "vibe" on low mid, not fine as riff. An amp and a cab section goes from Axefx?

For the guitar the dist is external, only the amp block in the axe fx, and for the cab I use « two notes wall of sound » and choose irs I liked . It was fun to use 3 differents worlds : real pedals + modeler + pluggin ir loader . At every record I change method cause I have the choice . Sometimes that just a tube head with real mics, or load boxes or just axe fx etc etc. These are the tones I wanted in the moment I ve done the songs, and the goal is not to sounds like something else when I do originals . Thanks for listening by the way .

Have listened almost all tracks, that s rare case. The guitars sounds comparable with similar studio recordings. For metallica tones it sounds really close (for example)

Great work man! I really like it. The French one (song 3) is really cool.
Do you mind giving some insights on your bass tones?

What guitars you have used for this?
Musicman JP7 for the first and 8th song, then.. many 6 strings : fender jaguar with humbuckers, Fender mustang, jagstang, gibson les paul standard, LTD kirk hammett (for forlorn if i remember) ... I changed guitar for every songs I think .

For bass i use a rickenbacker the whole album , except for the 7 strings songs were I use a ibanez SR1305(?) bass. the bass is 100% axe fx, these are the presets that I sale here : https://nomashop.bigcartel.com/product/n-k-p-bass-pack-for-axe-fx-3-fm3
