New Firmware and Axe-Edit

There should be a "don`t use Axe-Edit" in the release notes. All those new to the Axe has never read this before. There is one standard thing with every update:

-Use Axe edit to update.
-Do not use AE to edit. It can corrupt the presets.
-Use front panel to edit.

Until a new updated AE is online this is the rule i live by.....

Perhaps abit drastic...

I use AXE EDIT to edit BUT keeping my work flow really slow, one thing at a time, let all miditransfer/savings finish processing before I move to the next step.
Also I do not use any "advanced" features like X/Y, global blocks, looper.

So far so good for me (on win 7)

but you are right, perhaps include some "cautious" notes with the FW release in regards to the EDITOR

I know, but it was just a "HEADS UP".

I use it sometimes to, but i`m aware of the problems. So if somethings sounds like fart all of a sudden: I know why ;)

I use AE to upgrade and as a interface. Small adjustments also works fine. The screen on the AXII sometimes flicker, but all is normal when AE is turned off.

Before you think that something is wrong with your AXII, turn off AE and check it again..... Just a suggestion ;)
