New Duncan JB and AxeII Test

Nothing amazing. I've never used a JB before and was testing it out. Went for a hard rock sound. Opinions/comments on anything?

One of my favorite pickups. I've installed them on about 20 guitars paired with a Jazz at the neck. I actually didn't think they could get that dark. Really nice job.

I freaking LOVE the JB. Have used it on and off for well about 25 years now(!).

I have them in my Variax USA and PRS Custom 22.

Clip is bright and edgy; lots of grrrr. You and I go for different tones; but what's cool is we share the same pickup and outboard gear to a great extent.

Replaced the EMGs in my PRS Allender w/ a JB in the bridge (Jazz in the neck). Couldn't be happier. Coil taps nicely as well, with very little volume dropoff.

I actually didn't think they could get that dark. Really nice job.

Yeah I actually didn't intend on it sounding that dark. I used the VH4 Ch 3 preset (modified) with the FAT switch engaged and the mids turned way down. So far I'm really digging the pickup.

Oh the bass is Nolly's preset they uploaded. I tweaked it a bit to my liking. Very awesome bass preset.
