Like a lot of you I have a Boss GT100 as the backup to my AXE FX 2. There is a new firmware update that adds 2 new amp models and the Adaptive Distortion and Tera Echo pedals. Along with this firmware update Boss has released Boss Tone which is their version of Axe Edit. BOSS TONE CENTRAL
Of course nothing touches the Axe FX but as a backup these are some huge improvements.
