Need help with Ultra

My Ax Ultra is about to have its 20th anniversary, but it suddenly became very moody and does not want to give me a beautiful sound. The sounds it makes can be confused with an inexpensive $20 Chinese device. There was less drive, but bad high frequencies appeared, similar to garbage. Tried all fixes - full reset, CR2450 battery replacement, firmware update. Now I don’t know what to do and how to continue to live like this, there is no money for a new Ax and never will be. Maybe someone faced the same problem, I think it's because of some little thing in the settings. Please help me whoever can!

Sounds like your cab block is bypassed, globally or in the preset. That or the "air" parameter in the cab block.

Definitely check your cab block settings. Also, try the Bypass button to make sure you are getting a clean signal into the Ultra. It could be a guitar, cable, or input jack issue. Good luck!
