Need help with no output signal to XLR

I've been using the FM3 for awhile and recently was going to use it for recording and found I lost out signal on 1, 2. The input lights shows signal from my guitar, but that's it. I don't know what changed or what to look for. All help would be appreciated.

what is "1,2"
 
Go to Layout view on the front panel and tab over to the Meters page. Where in the preset does the signal stop?

for the future, just to clear things up, there is Output 1 with Left and Right, Output 2 with Left and Right.

"1,2 doesn't work" technically means Output 1 and Output 2 doesn't work. the XLR outs are Left and Right of Out 1. just wanted to clarify what wasn't working actually, as that helps us find the solution. for next time,
