Need help setting up AX8 into interface

So I just got my AX8 and I need to know how to actually connect it to my Scarlett 2i2 playing out through headphones since I don't have my monitors yet. Please let me know how to do this, do I need 1/4 guitar cables for the Ax8 outputs into the Scarlett?

Yep those should work just fine.

You can use either 1/4 guitar cables or XLR to go from Output 1 of the AX8 to the 2i2. Set output 1 to Max for Unity Gain and use the volume pots in the 2i2 to set yout input gain to avoid clipping.

Output 1 set to Max is not “unity gain” when amp blocks are in the preset. It may be too loud. Try it, but be ready to turn down Out 1 if it’s too loud.

The AX8 works like anything else with an interface. XLR or 1/4” cables to plug into the interface, turn up the volume. That’s it!
