Need help for a "Satisfaction" tone

I want that spitty/buzzy chainsaw distortion!
Sound like an "8bit" but "8bit" doesn't help!
Any advice about amp model and settings ando/or fxs?
Please put me in the right direction!

I'm also sometimes in need of that buzzer-in-a-battle-ship sound that the 'Satisfaction' tone has.
It must be in there somewhere, with the right combo of pre/post EQ., diode selection or something.
