Here's my "basic" preset that I'll use as my starting point for my Dingwall suite:

I'm in the middle of re-working that patch a bit. I'll upload a new revision in the next week or two. I'm not super thrilled with the compression in that first version. I also have a couple of ideas that I want to give a whirl.
