My user cabs keep resetting to default. Why is this happening?

The first time was really bad. I didn't have it backed up. I eventually reloaded everything and got all my tracks dialed in. But now it's happened 2 more times. I can load my backup of the cab bank, but this is very annoying. I'd rather not have to do a fractal bot backup every time I make a change. Anyone have this happen before? Any resolution? I have standard Axe FX 2. Latest firmware.

I've never had this issue but what are the steps you are taking to save the cabs?
