My MFC-101 Mark III has a blank screen

Hi, just got my mfc mk3 few days ago, when I holding down button 1 for fw update mode gives me a blank screen, then I press button for Reset System Parameters but still blank screen, I´ve tryed again to update but nothing, can you help me please..??
How I can correct this fail..?

Did you wind up getting your issue fixed? What wound up causing it? I got my MFC101 MkIII last week but my screen went blank last night - after playing through it at home just a couple of times. Fractal has been super awesome and prompt with their replies though, so hopefully the issue will be resolved soon.
