... or maybe not, it`s pretty similar to the original version (in other words, no blastbeats, double bass, 10 strings, etc, etc...)
The solo guitar has basically the same tone as the rhythm guitars, only added reverb and delay, and EQ`d it slightly different (more mids)
It`s my trusted Mark IIC+ patch, same tone I`we used on most of these videos.
Thought it would be cool to make a summary video thread that hopefully show progress, especially in the mix/mastering department. I must admit I`m diggin` what I hear, though it`s still a looong way to go. At least I got to do something creative whilst being home with a broken foot.
So now, finally... It might be time to upgrade to Firmware 13!
