Got one here, too. I got her some noise-cancelling headphones....

We've tried that as well. She rarely uses the headphones so the problem persists. Also, she's very sensitive to noise. Even when I'm upstairs with the door shut and am playing though IEM's she still complains about the string noise being bothersome.

I'm blessed with a great wife. She enjoys my noise, falls asleep to a lot of what I play. Wait....is that good or bad?

Got some more work done today, wall mounted guitars and hung up some pictures. getting there tomorrow the desk goes in and a couple more things to get done might hang the tv tomorrow as well.

The clothes in the closet are temporary till we clean out the master bedroom closet.

I like the guitar racks you're using. Would you kindly share which brand / model they are?

My wife doesn't like all the guitar noise I make so she wants me to partition off part of the basement and build a dedicated guitar room with some noise isolation. It might be a few years before it happens but I'm looking forward to having a dedicated hideout. Your new space looks great!

There pricey but that's around $40,000 sitting just in those 2 racks, I couldn't bring myself to cheap out on the storage for them.
