Morphing between 2 presets with Expression/Volume Pedals

Not really, no. You can do plenty with a mix block that mixes between two rows in a preset though. With all the power in an AxeFX III that can be like cross fading two presets, but mixing or cross fading isn't quite the same as morphing.
 
If the preset is not exceeding the CPU limit...should be easy to do. Create 2 seperate raws for each sound, put a mixer block at the end of chain, merge them together. Attach an external controller to 2 mix parameters in the block, each with reverse/opposite directions. You might need to play with the curve of pedal. So the volume stays consistent when you move the pedal.
