Morningstar MC8 Flanger Midi cc issue

I'm programming the MC8 with AXE FX 3 and it's working fine however, When I program midi cc 41 for the flanger it does not work. However, midi cc 83(reverb) does turn the flanger on/off. What could be wrong.

Figured it out...had different midi cc programed in the axe fx
