That is my understanding. I had sold my III M1 a few years ago and was only using my AX8 since it was easier. I upgraded the Ax8 to the Fm9 which is great so the III Turbo for my studio made sense what I am doing now. If I had the III M1 or M2 I probably would have not upgraded. It was just timing for me and for 200 more for a Turbo vs a regular it makes sense. If I was only doing live work - I prob would have stuck with the Fm9 only, but these days with the things how they are I am only in the studio.
 
fractal IV coming in 2022 or 2023 cliff must be busy, may have new processors that can catch up to the new turbo model and surpass it, a full 4k or 8k screens, isolation signal and isolation power , more interconnects, and a first blue tooth technology., and capacitors that can store electricity, may be a built in UPS, and dare to dream a minnie speaker built in, if a famous speaker company can make a famous wireless speaker why not fractal
