More FM3 Newbie Problems

Trying to download FM3 Edit and it keeps coming up “disconnected”. I believe I downloaded it properly along with the drivers (subject to debate) but nothing will connect. Also having trouble finding the correct prompts for the OMG9 setup on the FM3.

Update* It took me about four hours to figure some of the steps were contained in the FM3 edit and not directly on the unit. Last hurdle was figuring out what format to send the last file for the OMG9. Once I got that (about 4 hours later ), it fell into place. Now I just have to learn the OMG9 features. In other words, I’ll be back .
