Moog EP3 stuck!

plugged in my new EP3 with the included trs cable. Now that cable won't unplug from the AX8 jack! Any suggestions for removal? Annoying to say the least. I've had this happen once before with other gear, that cable is still plugged in!

Turn the plug clockwise and wiggle it while pulling. Clockwise keeps the plug barrel from unscrewing

That worked!
But not on my other one dang it.
