Modifiers not saved in Library save of block

When i save a block to the library the modifiers are not saved with it. , eg: Petrucci's pitch block to the library . Now load it into another preset scene and the modifiers are all default and not saved. However if i copy block and paste they are.

You're probably not saving a "Block" - which would include modifiers.
You're probably saving just one "Channel" -- which would not.

You're not the first to ask about this. I'll see about having a "tip" added to that screen in the editor.

Maybe a dedicated modifier library would be useful?
