Mixing IR's in Cablab

Hi everyone,

Just interested in how users mix their irs for frfr.

I have a ton of cool soundings IR's at quite volumes but when playing with my Matrix Q12s I find them to be too bright and the bass mid range is lacking.

I have started trying to mix irs while playing through my Q12s instead of my studio monitors which seems to be a little better.

So my question is do users mix their irs to sound a little darker if using frfr?

Or are there any tips you could suggest to help me mix a more balanced IR.

At the moment I have Cab pack 5 and 14 at my disposal.

It's due to the fletcher munson curve.
Well explained on the net.
Try to work on your patch at a gig volume
