Mission SP1 question

Well,
I got my pedal working as a wah/volume, it's not not a global setting.
but I have to push the pedal button twice to change from one to the other.
From wah to vol & vice versa.
What am I missing?
 
Usually that seems to be a latching verses toggle switch setting, IMO... But without knowing how you have it setup (as Chris says) that is just a guess.
 
Nice. Didn’t know that could fix it. But the SP1 switch is wired as a “expression pedal” requiring TRS, not a simple TS switch, so I guess that’s it.

Well, now, THAT makes perfect sense! I had no idea the switch was TRS... Seems like an odd decision, but maybe not.

Absolutely fab! I just needed to know where to look.
I often forget to look into the unit ..

They did it since most MIDI controllers only have XP jacks, and few have actual XS. I think the GCP and other similar at the time had 2 XP only.
